We sell perfumes, perfume oils, air fresheners, incense products, bottles, accessories and related products.

We aim to provide accurate product information, but packaging, color, design or appearance may vary slightly from images shown.

Fragrance perception is subjective and may vary between individuals. A difference in fragrance preference, strength or expectation does not by itself mean a product is defective.

▪ Product Use and Safety

Products must be used as intended and according to provided instructions or warnings. Keep fragrance products away from children, eyes, sensitive areas, heat and ignition sources where applicable.

Bakhoor, Mabsoos and Mamool must be used with a suitable burner, kept away from children, pets and flammable materials, and never left burning unattended. They must not be consumed.

Customers with allergies or sensitivities should review available product information before use.

▪ Prices and Payment

Prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless otherwise stated. Applicable VAT, delivery and other charges payable to us will be shown at checkout.

International orders may incur customs duties, import taxes or clearance charges imposed by the destination country after payment. Unless otherwise stated, these are the customer's responsibility.

Payment may be made using the payment methods available on our website. Payments are subject to successful authorization.

We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing or technical errors.
